Precision and Quality in Every Craft

We use only high quality timber of northern spruce, which is then manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and contemporary machinery.

The wood is grown in a cold climate, creating a tight grain and is then kiln dried to 16% moisture content. Our wood is CSA approved to be used as building material for a home – meaning you could use any of our units for living purposes. 

We ensure high quality with well considered elements, such as:

• Wind–resistant corner joints

• Doors and Windows from glued timber are glazed with real glass, and have tilt–and–turn openings.

• 40mm and 70mm units have double glazed Doors and Windows, seals and aluminium water drips.

• All the houses have pressure treated foundation beams.

• 40mm and thicker wall boards are double–grooved.

• Skirting and floor boards cut to match the design are included.

• All the models have storm bars – corner joints of 70mm units have metal support bars.

• All of our 28mm and 40mm models are complete with an assembly kit, and all units come with technical drawings for reference.

Pressure Treated Joists

Foundation beams are pressure treated to provide a weather proof barrier between the floor of your unit and the ground it sits on.

Roof & Floor Boards

Roof and Floor boards are made from 18mm x 110mm tongue-in-groove boards.

Wall Boards

Depending on the model, the wall logs will be 28mm or 40mm tongue-in-groove. Some models will come in both thickness options.

Corner Joints

All models feature interlocking corner joints, made with precision cutting for perfect fit. 

Cylinder Lock Mechanism

A robust door handle and cylinder lock mechanism comes standard with keys to easily lock your unit. 

Hardware

All models will come with all screws and nails to construct the unit and install any finishing, as well as all hardware for doors and windows. 

Door Threshold

Thresholds are fitted with stainless steel plates to reduce wear and tear.

Storm Bars

Metal storm bars allow for compression of the unit over time and protect the unit from heavy winds. 

Garages, Saunas, Premium (70mm)

Floor Boards

Floor Boards are offered in Standard 18mm or Upgraded 28mm tongue-in-groove options.

Wall Boards

Wall logs are manufactured in 70mm tongue-in-groove. 

Wind Safety

All 70mm models feature a threaded rod to be drilled into each corner to protect from high winds.

Pressure Treated Joists
