What is Included?

PacRim Log Structures specializes in de-constructed log structure kits, that are easily assembled on your property, by yourself or someone on our team.

Each unit will come flat packed, wrapped in a thick tarp paper, and strapped to a pallet. Inside you will find all wood material shown in the unit rendering; all doors and windows; floor boards and roof boards; hardware and lock assemblies; nails, screws and hangars to construct the unit. We also provide technical drawings and assembly instructions for your unit upon purchase.

How Can I Protect My Unit

Units are manufactured from raw Northern Spruce, which is kiln dried to 16% moisture content prior to leaving the factory. This raw material is highly susceptible to moisture, which can cause the boards to warp or crack if not treated properly.

We recommend treating your unit immediately after assembly to ensure it is not negatively affected by the climate, especially on the West Coast. Wood Oil, Stain, or Paint can be used on both the exterior and interior of the unit to provide protection, and asethetic. We encourage you to speak to a local paint supplier to determine the best product for your specific climate and unit.
